Tenant space features high ceilings with industrial light fixtures.
Accent walls and floor graphics contrast with historic columns and exposed ducts.
Four historic buildings were connected and renovated to create a new health center. A sense of play is articulated between the old and the new, the historic and the contemporary by the use of light woods, earth toned carpet, and bright paint colors contrasting with original tin ceilings, columns, iron and brick work.
